My partner and I came in for ski boots and Julia was incredibly attentive and informative getting us fitted up. Mine ended up needing several modifications to make sure the boots fit me and were comfortable and I felt like I could fly in them compared to my old boots. We each left with a new pair and are excited for next season!

I visited the shop on 7/23/26 because I’ve seen a Patagonia backpack before at the store so I wanted to see what they had. When I walked in, I was greeted by a man and a woman, both very kind. Immediately I was told the backpacks might be “more than what I’m looking for,” even though I hadn’t said anything about my budget or what I needed. I’m hoping the intention wasn’t stereotyping me, but the assumption made me feel a bit dismissed, and it changed the tone of the interaction. Im not calling anyone racist but I’m not sure if me being Latino or not your typical skier (appearance wise) gave them a quick assumption that this wasn’t my place to be. They still offered me to walk in and browse but I was already turned off by the interaction. I ended up leaving because it felt awkward. I think the staff meant well, but it would help if they asked customers what they’re looking for before making assumptions. It would make the experience more welcoming.

Outstanding ski tune up! I gouged my skis to the core on a rock. Needed the custom tune up plus 50% more. They came out looking like new! I can’t tell where the repairs were. And they skied great! Super pleased!

Had the absolute best experience getting custom footbeds for my ski boots! Julia is an absolute gem - her attention to detail is next to none and spent almost 3 hours helping make sure my ski boots fit perfectly and are comfortable. Not only that, but she actually helped me a couple months back find the perfect pair of skis and explain everything so well to me as a beginner skier. Would highly recommend!

This basically was a custom snowboard boot fitting and it was amazing! Have never had such comfortable boots and I learnt so much during the process! Highly recommend
